Skin on Chicken Thighs

New Potatoes

Asparagus

Instructions

  1. Pat dry your Chicken Thighs and score the skin on top.
  2. Rub your Garlic and Herb into the thighs.
  3. Put in a baking tray in the oven for 20 mins at 180°C (360°F).
  4. In the meantime, boil your New Poatoes and with 5 mins to go, pop your Asparagus in.
  5. When all cooked, assemble and enjoy!
