Tomatos on the Vine
- Cover your Lamb Chops in the Garden Mint
- Sear the marinated chops all over in a pan on high.
- Place your Potatoes in a roasting tin and place your Lamb Chops on top
- Put the roasting tin in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 25 mins.
- 5 mins before the ending, pop in your tomatoes on the vine.
