Brioche

Pork Shoulder

Carrots

Onions

Celery

Coleslaw

Cider

Instructions

  1. Rub and cover your Pork Shoulder in your Smoky BBQ
  2. Place in a casserole dish and pour in cider up to halfway
  3. Cover and cook in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for up to 8 hours, making sure to check it isn't drying out
  4. When it starts to fall apart shred in the juices and serve!
