- Pop your Jacket Potato in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C (360°F)
- At the same time put in the sausages
- Dice your Onion and Pepper and fry on a medium heat
- When they begin to soften, sprinkle your Flava It Smoky BBQ over the vegetables and continue to cook off
- Take out the sausages from the oven and cut into chunks
- Add sausage chunks into the pan with the veg and your chopped tomatoes and let simmer until the Jacket Potatoes are done
- Cut your Potatoes in half
- Spoon your Stew on top and sprinkle on your Grated Cheese.
